Chakra Tuning Workshop Sunday, March 1st 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. Fee: $45, or $36 by February 14th.

The connection and purification of the chakras through yoga asana will be explored. Leave balanced peaceful, and re-attuned! Sudevi is the Yoga Director for the Vedic Conservatory in West Palm Beach and divides her time between South and Northwest, FL. Sudevi is the former Director of Blue Lotus Yoga and Center for the Healing Arts and is a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. She was personally trained by Sharon Gannon and David Life, as well as a certified Integral Yoga teacher initiated by his holiness Sri Swami Satchidananda, her spiritual teacher. Sudevi is also certified by Michael Buck, the founder of the Vedic Conservatory to teach Thai Yoga Therapy.
